New homes represent an opportunity for agents to grow their real estate business. To take advantage of this opportunity, an agent needs to know how to work and connect with a new home builder. This course provides the knowledge an agent requires to make builder connections and how to communicate their new home knowledge with their clients.


Course topics include:

  1. How to select a new home builder that offers the best opportunity for an agent to develop a new home sales business.
  2. Understanding the benefits of working with a volume builder versus semi-custom, custom, or commercial builders.
  3. How to identify the right volume builder to work with, including how to do builder research, gather builder information, and develop rapport with a builder’s on-site agent.
  4. How to write and post social media messages to friends, family, and acquaintances to share their new home knowledge.
  5. How to market their new home skills through text, email, video, website, and blogs.
