IN PERSON: Veterans Land Board (VLB) Free Course on Home and Land Loans

Texas VLB will provide an overview of home and land loan programs available for Texas Veterans, military members, and eligible spouses. REALTORS and other eligible Real Estate professionals will learn the fundamentals of VLB’s home loan program, including eligibility requirements, eligible property types, available loan options, understanding new construction, finding a lender, and more. In addition, REALTORS will learn about VLB’s land loan program, including minimum land size, maximum loan amount, minimum down payment, pre-qualification, and more. Common issues that may prolong the closing process for loans will also be covered. This course will provide a good foundation for REALTORS to better serve their Veteran and military clients when purchasing a home or land.
