This class was developed by the CIPS® program specifically for those real estate practitioners interested in focusing on ownership and transaction principles of international real estate. This class will provide practical information for professionals who work with Caribbean, North, Central, and South American investors. Historical and cultural influences, regional relationships, and investment opportunities are covered, focusing on Mexico.

All fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Continuing education credits will not be offered. However, the coursework would go towards earning your CIPS designation.
