In collaboration with The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), you can register and take this course virtually. This class was developed by the CIPS® program specifically for those real estate practitioners interested in focusing on ownership and transaction principles of international real estate. Provides information on working with clients in Western and Central Europe. It covers the European Union and its impact on international real estate, economic and real estate trends, networking and relationships, and marketing and selling practices.

Course ($150+tax CND per course, $169.50)
All fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Continuing education credits will not be offered. However, the coursework would go towards earning your CIPS designation.
