Designed to remind license holders how to play nicely with each other while assisting clients to reach their goals. The course will cover ethics from TRELA, TREC Rules, and the Code of Ethics from the National Association of REALTORS needed competency (geographic and real estate types), and proper interactions with clients and other agents. Specifically included are responding timely to consumers and other license holders, how to show a home as a buyer's agent, how to prepare a home for showing by a listing agent, timelines and communication required with multiple offers, and why it is important to not venture a guess when you don't know an answer.
Avis Wukasch, broker and former TREC Chair, and Kerri Lewis, real estate attorney, and former TREC General Counsel, will lead a 90-minute session covering everything agents need to be doing to reduce the risk they face transactions. Then we will open it up to a Q&A session.
