Whether it’s a crafting an in-depth compliance blog post or helping facilitate the next MLS Power Hour, Caitland powers the communications behind Unlock MLS. She bridges the gap between the MarCom and Unlock MLS teams to deliver seamless MLS-related content. At her core, Caitland is an adapter who flexes to meet the needs of her team and prides herself on being able to view all sides of a situation. She earned her RCE designation in Fall 2020 and aims to understand the inner workings of both association and MLS functions to provide the absolute best benefit to members.

Prior to joining the ABoR family, Caitland served as the Communications and Commercial Services Director for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®, overseeing all aspects of communications, as well as bringing association value to commercial real estate professionals. She graduated from Maryville College with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing & Communications. Caitland lives in Knoxville, TN with her husband, two children, and a mini zoo of three dogs and two cats. Outside of her plethora of extracurriculars, she enjoys the whimsical art of embroidery, novice rollerblading, and wearing down her Kindle’s battery.
