There are few people more passionate about their job or as friendly to work with than Caterina. Caterina brings the utmost care and concern to every aspect of her role, ensuring that ABoR’s three locations are operating smoothly on a day-to-day basis and that the technical and mechanical equipment remains in the best possible condition. With the support of her team, she pays attention to making sure both the inside and outside of our buildings remain beautiful, and that our members and staff are supported by having the resources they need to do their jobs. Caterina joined the ABoR family in 2011 and has decades of management experience.

Cat studied Literature and Mass Communications at The Catholic University in San Salvador, El Salvador. Before moving to the U.S., Caterina was the Director for the National Museum Library and the National Library in El Salvador. Caterina is an avid reader, a skilled seamstress, and enjoys gardening. Her family is her world, and she loves spoiling her grandson.
