Jen brings more than 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience to her position as Communications Supervisor with ABoR. She has developed successful marketing and communications campaigns for numerous organizations, including the Forté Foundation, Avalon Travel Publishing, and the Texas Medical Association, where she oversaw digital communication to 55,000+ physician members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jen is a collaborative and creative manager who enjoys seeing her and her team’s ideas go from concept to completion. She is dedicated to ensuring ABoR members are well informed and that they feel engaged when it comes to the latest news, trends, and industry data. Jen is always thinking about new and creative ways to share important information and tell a story.

Jen grew up in Salinas, California and moved to Texas in 2008. She attended Hartnell College and San Jose State University, where she studied both Journalism and Mass Communication and Liberal Studies.

When she’s not working, you can find Jen searching for the perfect taco, learning to play golf, admiring cute dogs, trying new breweries with her women’s craft beer group, and spending quality time with her son, Elliot. She is an active volunteer and supporter of the Friends of the Buda Public Library.
