Jeni is the pint-sized powerhouse who oversees the strategy and implementation of ABoR’s Advocacy program, including leading ABoR’s government affairs involvement at the local, state, and national levels. Having worked for ABoR since 2014, she’s become well-versed on how ABoR, Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® function and collaborate on advocacy initiatives to make meaningful change happen.

Jeni is a skillful communicator and brings a creative approach to advocacy campaigns. A self-professed policy and government nerd, Jeni loves being a part of the organized voice for REALTORS® and homeowners and working with the largest grassroots organization in the country. Under her leadership, ABoR is a three-time winner of statewide fundraising awards for the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC).

Jeni has her B.S. in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She serves on the Texas REALTORS® Taxation Committee, is an active member of the Junior League of Austin, and volunteers with her church. When she’s not working, she might be baking pies or teaching others to do the same. She’s a fact-keeper of all kinds of useless knowledge, and an anglophile. She’s also well known for scooping the details of big announcements!
