John elevates ABoR and ACTRIS MLS marketing initiatives by producing high-quality media and production projects that make our members’ lives easier and our volunteers shine. With over a decade of audio, video, and photo production experience, John is a skilled and empathetic director who helps staff and volunteers feel comfortable, prepared, and professional during video shoots and live events. He proved instrumental in bringing ABoR’s virtual presence to life following the COVID-19 pandemic, and his positivity, patience, and collaborative spirit are not only valuable to our programming, but to our Association’s culture.

John has his B.S. in Radio, Television & Film from The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining ABoR in 2019, John led production crews on a wide variety of freelance projects, ranging from weddings to corporate events. He was also an ESL instructor at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. When John is not working, he’s composing and performing music, and breaking a sweat with boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai.
