Louis is an excellent listener. Providing clear and helpful information, Louis helps our members and MLS subscribers with questions about their membership, programs and products, and all other general support issues. Louis sleeps easy at night when he’s able to keep our members happy and working by providing them with the most up-to-date knowledge about the industry.

Louis has his Bachelor’s Degree in Network Security and Forensics from Fountainhead College of Technology. His service industry background and previous experience working in information technology have prepared him for handling the toughest inquiries our members have.

Louis has been involved with Wigs for Kids for over a decade. He is also ABoR’s resident movie buff. When he’s not in front of a screen, he loves going to sports games, concerts, and traveling with his wife, who shares his love for kitsch and pop culture.
