Lydia helps our members and the Central Texas housing market by ensuring our ACTRIS MLS data is accurate. In her role, she monitors listing data that is entered into the MLS and follows up with members’ concerns. She’s also a bilingual Spanish speaker and has her C2EX certification. Lydia has been with ABoR since 2006 and has a deep understanding of RPR rules and regulations, Realist Tax, and TREPAC —in addition to other aspects of the Association and MLS marketplace.

Before joining ABoR, Lydia worked in banking for 18 years and was actively involved raising her sons and participating in their extracurricular activities. She loves spending time with her grandchildren, and can be found shopping, gardening, and exercising in her free time.
